Founded in 2009 by Swedish designer Par Lundqvist and Richard Bell, Steve Little in Australia. Named after a shortened version of Nieuwlandstraat — the street in Brussels where Lundqvist hatched the idea for his brand, before resettling in Australia. The brand disrupted a tired market with a range that repected denim heritage whilst embracing the future. As a fiercely independent brand, Neuw Denim rebeled against corporate greed with a bold product range and brand identity.
2009 saw the introduction of the legendary HELL and IGGY fits for Men, as they still do today, every pair of Neuw jeans paid tribute to the roots of denim tailoring and culture with the their signature details - Repair Stitch, Fob Ring and Vintage Revision Dart.
